Our annual Vernissage is a date the St. Andrew’s Community looks forward to all year. Held in the Spring, the teachers and children work hard for months creating beautiful works of art.
Each child has an individual piece and the popular classroom projects are auctioned off during the evening. Join us for an evening of wine, tasty treats, beautiful artwork and socializing with the St. Andrew’s Community.
Fall Carnival
This year’s Fall Carnival theme was Mad Science with activities and exciting experiments specially designed by the Mad Science team for our kids! The purpose was to raise money for special monthly activities for our children.
In addition to giving our kids the opportunity to participate in cool science experiments; we had: face painting; experiment tables; food and drinks, and a raffle for some very impressive and fun prizes!! We raffled some amazing tickets to Paw Patrol, Power Rangers, beautiful gift baskets, a Mandy's Salad gift Certificate and MUCH more!
This is a community event, so next year please invite all your friends and family!
This years Mad Science Carnival raised $2000 for the daycare. Proceeds went directly back into the daycare and we invited Blair Marshall the Magician to give a show to the children and extended the invitation to siblings and parents. Thank you again for all your support!
Attitude Fundraiser
The St. Andrew’s Parent Committee has set up an ATTITUDE Project fundraiser to help finance special projects and activities for the children.
ATTITUDE is a Montreal based eco-friendly/biodegradable/natural company owned and run by parents with a single-minded focus on wellbeing. Their goal is to live consciously, and to stay in touch with what really matters.
Doing good was never so easy!
The process: We put an order form in your child’s cubby, and you can make a selection from the list. You can ask as many as 10 other people if they want to participate and order products, and you can add them to your form.
You can leave cash or cheque (written out to CPE St. Andrew’s) and your order form at the office. The Parent Committee will place the order and when it arrives we will send out a message.
The best part is, St. Andrew’s gets approx. 40% of all sales! #everyonesawinner
